Terms & Conditions – Head Over Wheels Roller Disco

1. Ticket Purchase & Entry

Each ticket grants one person entry to the Head Over Wheels Roller Disco event.
Attendees may bring their own roller skates or opt to rent a pair in advance.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is canceled by the organisers.

Skate rentals must be booked in advance at the time of ticket purchase.
Customers selecting skate rental must specify their required shoe size from the available options.
The number of skates rented cannot exceed the number of tickets purchased.

3. Group Orders & Mixed Rentals

Buyers can purchase multiple tickets in one transaction.
If renting skates, the buyer must indicate how many of the tickets require rentals and provide the corresponding sizes for each pair.
Example: A buyer purchasing four tickets may choose to rent two pairs of skates (e.g., Size 38 & Size 42) while the other two attendees bring their own.

4. Liability & Assumption of Risk

Roller skating involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, and injuries.
By purchasing a ticket, attendees acknowledge and accept that they participate at their own risk.
Head Over Wheels and event organisers are not liable for any injuries, damages, or lost personal belongings during the event.

6. Event Rules & Conduct

All participants must follow the event’s safety guidelines and venue rules.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who pose a risk to others or violate event policies.
